Context

Many small clinics and independent doctors still manage appointments, patient records, prescriptions, and medical certificates manually or across disconnected tools. Patients also need a simpler way to find verified doctors and book online consultations without guessing whether the provider is legitimate.

Approach

Built a full-stack healthcare platform with doctor onboarding, credential verification, public doctor profiles, appointment booking, Maya Checkout payments, consultation rooms, digital prescriptions and medical certificates, doctor payouts, and a lightweight EMR for clinic records. The product is designed around verified providers, role-based dashboards, mobile-responsive workflows, privacy-conscious records, and support operations through a Help Center and live chat.

Outcome

Hilom is currently in early onboarding with verified doctors and a working web platform. Core modules are live in development and early production, including doctor profiles, admin verification, online consultation flow, lightweight EMR, Help Center content, and support chat.
